CNN REPORTS: INSURANCE SURPRISES!
When it comes to auto accidents, “DENY, DELAY, DEFEND” is the order of the day at State Farm, Allstate, and nearly every other major insurance company.

CNN'S ANDERSON COOPER reports on the insurance companies’ “DELAY,
DENY, & DEFEND” policy of denying, FIGHTING, AND LOWBALLING valid
claims.
Do you think the insurance company plans to
treat you fairly after an accident?
Anderson Cooper and CNN warn that you should think again!
After an
exhaustive eighteen month investigation, CNN reports that Allstate
Insurance, State Farm Insurance, and nearly all of the other major
US insurance companies have defrauded the public by refusing to pay
valid claims arising out of low-speed automobile accidents.
CNN even
interviewed a sitting judge who says that insurance defense lawyers
have admitted to him time and time again that they have standing
orders from these insurance companies to “DELAY, DENY, and DEFEND”
claims that they know should have been paid.
In secret
documents rooted out by CNN’s investigation, it was proven that
these insurance companies have undertaken a blanket policy to deny
claims and make lowball take-it-or-leave-it offers with the hopes
that most injured car accident victims will give up and that they
will not find a lawyer who knows their game.
Unfortunately, CNN reports that 80% to 90% of injured victims
do simply give up and many who don’t hire the right lawyer get less
than half of their out of pocket costs back.
The hard fact is that a person without a lawyer simply cannot trust an insurance company to pay fair compensation for an accident. You need a lawyer to force the insurer to pay fair compensation for your injuries. Don’t get taken! Get representation from a lawyer who knows how to take on the insurance company and win!

“We can see that policyholders individually are getting hurt
by being dragged through the courts on fender-bender claims,
and yet we don't see any collateral benefit in the form of
reduced premiums even for the other policyholders...Now we
can say to continue this kind of program is
institutionalized bad faith."
