SEXUAL HARASSMENT

Unfortunately, sexual harassment is still a major problem in the united states. According to the EEOC, approximately 15,000 cases of sexual harassment are brought to the EEOC each year. Studies suggest that anywhere between 40-70% of women and 10-20% of men have personally experienced sexual harassment in the workplace.
Mr. Lambert has fought and won many sexual harassment lawsuits for his clients during his career. He knows from these experiences that the best weapon against sexual harassment is education. For that reason, Mr. Lambert has for many years worked with colleges and businesses across the nation to eliminate sexual harassment by training their employees on what constitutes sexual harassment.
